Tracey was responsive to every request we made and went out of her way including multiple trips to the house to meet us so we could do planning. I felt like she was just as excited about our new home as we were. She took care of everything and made our home buying experience so easy!

We met Tracey when we were just entertaining the idea of selling our home and buying new. She was very kind and patient while we changed our minds too many times to count! When we finally found the home we loved, she immediately put our house up for sale, spent her weekends holding open houses, showing it every chance she got, and even helped us with the negotiations of our new home. We were anything but easy to work with, but Tracey was amazing through it all. I have highly recommended her to any person I hear looking to buy or sell. We absolutely loved working with Tracey. I feel like I was probably one of her more pickier buyers, I had quite a list of wants, she worked daily and kept in constant contact with us about any possible option that would pop up. She took us to showings early on weekend mornings and late on Friday when I'm sure she had so many other things to do. She also invests in the family, she always paid attention to our toddler and never complained about how crazy our kid made showings, it may be small detail but it meant a lot to us. She also had pizza delivered to our new home for move in day so it was one less thing we had to worry about. She is absolutely the best and we will always use her!
